Restock alerts
New positive stock reports and changes in retailers’ public backend records. Catalogue heads-ups can precede store updates; they do not confirm a restock or a purchase opportunity.
All recent backend record changes
The first successful record establishes a baseline. An unchanged Coming Soon flag never triggers an alert. Failed checks retain the last successful record; changes observed across gaps show their observation window. State flags and store lists are not numerical stock counts. Dates can describe an original release rather than a new restock.
New listings
Automatic Pokémon TCG catalogue discovery. Retailer prices, release dates and preorder flags; purchase availability is checked separately.

Recent price, date and listing-detail changes
The first full scan establishes existing listings. Newly detected means first seen after that baseline, not proof of a new release or restock. Listings are saved across failed scans and restarts. Eligible booster-containing listings automatically enter stock checks and configured alerts where a verified retailer adapter is available. Contents, price validation and retailer access refusals can delay enrollment. Marketplace-only offers are excluded. Missing dates remain Not published.
Stock history
Reported quantities where available, otherwise in/out of stock. Gaps mean stock could not be checked.

Patterns and possible anomalies
Observed transitions, duration and repeated checks. Unchanging positive counts are flagged after 12 elapsed hours and 20 checks, with higher concern after 24 elapsed hours and 40 checks. The clock continues across gaps. Missing coverage is shown separately; stock during gaps remains unknown. Availability-only labels are assessed separately. No pattern is a confirmed stock-keeping error.
Positive in-store stock alongside unavailable click and collect is treated as a difference between purchase options. Quantity drops can reflect sales, reservations or corrections; they are not counted as proven sales.
Upcoming drops & intel
Release dates, Adelaide in-store sightings and Australian posts that a stock check cannot see.

How readings, history and alerts work
Phone alerts need private setup. Prices are retailer listings awaiting official MSRP checks. Stock patterns describe website reports and cannot confirm physical shelf stock.
Normal cadence when accepted: Target and EB Games about 10 seconds per SKU; BIG W and JB Hi-Fi about 30 seconds per SKU; Kmart local stock about 35 seconds per SKU and wider stores checked over several minutes, with additional priority rechecks for stores reporting stock. Successful readings stay current for 1 minute. Failed attempts are recorded separately; older store readings remain last known. Locally chosen retries take 15–60 seconds; retailer Retry-After instructions are honoured. Dashed graph connections are visual only; unknown periods remain unknown in history and analytics. Numbers are genuine retailer quantity fields where established; Target, BIG W and EB Games use availability labels. History stores changes plus repeated confirmations with the original observation times.
